Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We currently only ship to the contiguous United States.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tennessee. Once we receive your order, it will be processed within approximately 24 hours. We primarily use ground shipping and ship only to physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes, please). Please note that all shipping lead times are estimated, so shipments may arrive earlier or later than expected.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and are only estimates. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, we cannot control the transit time. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or adjustments to shipping charges for deliveries that exceed the estimated transit time.
We process orders as they are received, with most orders processed within 24 hours. All our prices include freight charges, and we do not provide overnight or second-day delivery.
Please note that we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses or U.S. territories.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We are committed to processing and shipping your order within 24 hours of receiving it. All shipments are dispatched via ground transportation from our strategically located Tennessee warehouse to ensure efficient delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress. Please be aware that while we provide estimated delivery dates, these dates are not guaranteed, as we cannot control the carrier’s delivery schedules.
We ship orders on business days only, so any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day, typically Monday. MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
There are occasions when the United States Postal Service (USPS) marks an order as delivered even though it hasn't reached your doorstep yet. If this happens, we recommend checking with your neighbors or your building's management office to see if the package was left with them. To ensure that we can properly assist you, our policy is to wait five business days before replacing any order reported as missing. In many instances, the package turns up within seven days, so we appreciate your patience during this time.
FAILED DELIVERY/LOST PACKAGES
Entering the correct shipping address is essential for a smooth transaction. Transmacro Amenities is not responsible for lost packages or items due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. Please double-check your information for accuracy, as the address you enter at checkout will be used on the shipping label. We do not accept responsibility for shipments sent to incorrect or outdated addresses, and we do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping details.
We are also not liable for packages delivered to the correct address that are subsequently missing or stolen after delivery.
If we receive a returned package, we will refund the cost of the order, minus shipping charges. If you would like us to resend the order, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee.
If you have not received your order, please notify us within 25 days of the order date so we can file a claim with the carrier. We cannot accept responsibility for missing packages reported after the 30-day claims window has passed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Transmacro Amenities does not ship to addresses outside of the United States.
